IT field engineering · South Korea

We train the engineers we dispatch.

INS delivers infrastructure and IT field work across South Korea for companies based anywhere else. Installation, deployment, smart hands and support, in both English and local language, by engineers we trained ourselves.

01

What we do

The gap

International companies need work done physically in South Korea and have nobody there.

The job

INS takes those jobs and dispatches engineers. Scoped in English, delivered on site, reported the same day.

The difference

We do not source engineers from a marketplace. We train them ourselves, so we know exactly what each one has done.

The pipeline

That training is INSystems Academy, our own school for infrastructure engineers. It is the reason every dispatch carries a name and a known skill set.

02

Services

Scoped and quoted per job. If your task is not on the list, ask anyway.

On-site presence for your remote team. Reboots, cabling changes, media swaps, eyes-on-glass while your engineers drive.

typical: reboots · cable moves · media swaps · visual checks

Switch and router installation, configuration, and cutover support, planned around your change window.

typical: install · configure · cutover support

Patch panel work, cable runs, labelling and testing, documented to standard.

typical: runs · terminations · labelling · testing

Rack and stack, decommission, migration and hardware replacement in colocation facilities and on-premise rooms.

typical: rack & stack · decommission · migration

Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory and user-side issues, worked in your ticketing system or reported directly.

typical: desktop · Windows Server · Active Directory

Access point installation, site surveys and heat mapping, with the survey report handed over.

typical: AP installation · site survey · heat map

Break-fix, part swaps and third-party maintenance tasks, coordinated with your vendor process.

typical: break-fix · part swaps · TPM tasks

03

Coverage

South Korea, nationwide. And only South Korea. That focus is the point: your job does not wait for someone to be flown in, cleared and briefed. The engineer is already in the country.

WhereAnywhere in South Korea, Seoul to Busan and the sites in between.
TravelBeyond 25 km it appears as its own line on the quote, stated before you accept.
ElsewhereOther countries come later. We would rather be dependable in one than thin in five.
04

Capability

Every INS engineer is trained in-house through INSystems Academy and works in English: scoping, on site, and in the report. Behind them sits an engineering team that has built, cut over and decommissioned production networks, and reviews every job that goes out.

Certification
Our team includes a CCIE-certified engineer.

Active, and the engineer who holds it works the jobs.

06

Process

The honest answer to “what happens after I email you.” Four steps, no ticket queue.

01

Scope

You send the site, the task and the window. We ask whatever is missing. If we cannot staff it, we say so here, before quoting.

02

Quote

A fixed price for the work. Travel beyond 25 km is a separate line, stated up front. No figure changes after you accept.

03

Dispatch

A named engineer, confirmed before the day. You know who is arriving, what they have done, and how to reach them.

04

Report

Photographs, what was done, what was found. Signed off the same day, in English, into your system or ours.

07

Why INS

Four things a marketplace cannot say. Each one is checkable on your first job.

Accountability

The engineer on your site works for us

Your job is never handed to a third party. We do not keep a bench of strangers, so the person who turns up is one we trained and one we answer for.

Standard

Every engineer learned the same way

One curriculum, one set of procedures, one way of writing up a job. A second visit does not mean starting again with somebody who works differently.

Honesty

We turn down work we cannot staff

If the window, the site or the skill is outside what we can cover, you hear it at scoping. Nobody is sent to a job to discover that on the day.

Contact

One point of contact

A person answers you, and the same person stays with it across the whole job. Not a ticket queue with a new name on every reply.

FAQ

ins · q&a

Yes. Most infrastructure work happens outside business hours, so that is normal rather than an exception. Send the window with the scope and it is priced into the quote before you accept.

The engineer does. They live in Korea and work in Korean, so reception, site induction, escort rules and whatever the building wants filled in before entry are handled on the ground. Nobody on your side needs to be awake to translate a security desk.

Yes. Ship it ahead and the engineer brings it to site on the day. Tell us what is coming when you scope the job, so delivery and the install window are not booked against each other.

Yes. The engineer signs your NDA before the job and works to your site rules. If a requirement is one we cannot meet, you hear that at scoping rather than on the day.

No retainer and no monthly commitment. A single site visit is a normal order, scoped and quoted on its own.

09

Request a scope

Tell us the site, the task and the window. We come back with questions or a fixed quote. If we cannot staff it, we tell you that instead.

Goes straight to an engineer, not a queue.
